	Greetings Honorable Merchants; Three Barons Renaissance Fair 2011 was a great success. We thank each and every one of the vendors that help make this possible. The Fair 2012 is in planning, and we are looking forward to a lot of excitement. The official times and dates for the fair are as follows DATES: Saturday and Sunday, June 2-3 and 9-10, 2012 HOURS: Saturdays, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sundays 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm PLACE: Tozier Track (3400 E. Tudor Road) Please check this space often, as there will be some changes to the Fair layout this upcoming year. The Fair board is trying to make the fair more attractive to vendors, and less of a hassle to set up and take down. Once again, we are able to take advantage of the site location on Tudor Road to promote our fair and our vendors as much as possible. The additional advertising is bringing more people than ever to the Fair. We're looking to expand the number of vendors this year. In addition, we're hoping for more involvement from our vendors so that we can better assist you. In particular, the one thing we've heard over and over again is that vendors aren't being included in advertising. As we redo various portions of our advertising we will be correcting that. Additionally, our website allows vendors a chance to promote their association with the fair with their own personalized pages. Also, please remember that the Anchorage Fire Department is very aggressive about enforcing fire protection, so please make sure you have fire extinguishers available on site, as well as using fire retardant materials in your booth. The Vendor Application and the Vendor Standards and Conditions that are available from this website are formatted as PDF documents. If you are having problems with them then please let us know, and we will try to provide them in an alternative format. Please be sure to use this years application form, as the 2007 application will not be accepted for the 2012 Fair.
